Area Business Manager - Neurolife - Mumbai

As a Sales Executive at Abbott, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and implementing company strategies in the market. Your responsibilities will include: - Achieving sales targets assigned to the area, territory-wise, and brand-wise every month. You will prepare a beat plan for your region, allocate targets and inputs accordingly, monitor regularly, and drive secondary sales. - Ensuring the implementation of company strategies in the market place. You will understand and bring clarity on various strategies/campaigns rolled out from Marketing, including CMEs, camps, etc., and ensure 100% implementation in your region. Additionally, you will carry out promotion and BTL activities of the Company in the assigned territory in line with the objectives/norms of the Company. - Launching and nurturing international brands by directing sales activities to ensure that short and long-range sales volumes and projections are achieved. - Training and developing the knowledge and skills of the Territory Business Managers (TBMs) assigned to you to build their competencies. - Profiling towns and customers to improve the productivity of territories. You will carry out sales management of Abbott products in the assigned territories and achieve the defined sales targets on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis, as decided mutually with Superiors. - Maintaining customer contact of the team to enhance prescription share. **Required Experience:** - 4-5 years of pharma sales experience, out of which a minimum of 2 years in a Supervisory role. **Required Qualification:** - B. Pharm / M. Pharm / M.Sc. would be preferred. MBA/PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing/Business Management would be a plus.
