Job Overview

PIM/PAM Specialist


Key Responsibilities

PIM/PAM Management:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain PIM/PAM solutions.
  • Implement and integrate PIM/PAM with management and authentication tools (e.g., email, AD, IAM, SIEM).

Security and Compliance:

  • Deploy and maintain access and security policies for PIM/PAM solutions.
  • Perform daily performance checks, periodic audits, and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct immediate troubleshooting for network outages and security incidents.

Incident and Problem Management:

  • Support incident monitoring, analysis, and response initiatives.
  • Coordinate with users to resolve trouble tickets and troubleshoot OSI Model layers 1-3.
  • Investigate, isolate, and resolve PIM/PAM incidents with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Automation and Integration:

  • Automate processes using scripting and configuration (SOAR) tools.
  • Integrate PIM/PAM solutions with security dashboards and InfoSec tools using REST API/SDK.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Create technical documentation, network diagrams, and security documentation.
  • Ensure timely ticket closure within SLA and provide SLA reporting for respective technologies.

Leadership and Coordination:

  • Lead and mentor L1 & L2 engineering teams.
  • Coordinate with OEMs for TAC support, RMA, and reconfiguration of PIM/PAM systems.
  • Collaborate with helpdesk, IT support, and application support teams to resolve high-priority incidents.


Required Candidate Profile

Experience:

  • 3-6 years in network security with at least 3 years in PIM/PAM management.
  • Hands-on experience with

    PIM/PAM solutions

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.
  • Experience in packet capture, analysis, and troubleshooting (Wireshark/Pcap).
  • Familiarity with scripting and configuration tools (SOAR).
  • Knowledge of network monitoring tools and incident management processes.
