Architectural Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and design presentations.
• Work on 2D drafting and 3D visualization of ongoing projects.
• Support senior architects in concept development, detailing, and design coordination.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and assist in preparing project documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and PMC teams for project-related data.
• Assist in preparing tender drawings and submission documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• B.Arch student (in 4th or 5th year) or recent graduate.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  ,

  SketchUp

  , and

  MS Office

  ; knowledge of

  Revit

  or

  Photoshop

  will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and attention to detail.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to real estate redevelopment projects.
