JSE Engineering Pvt Ltd is a Design Engineering and Drafting Firm specializing in supporting Architectural consultants and building services (MEP) contracting firms. We provide design and drafting services for various types of buildings according to BS & International Standards. Our services include complete MEP Designs, Calculations, Drafting, Detailed Quantitative BOQs, and Specifications. JSE is also one of the few companies with a 3D Modelling team skilled in creating clash-free coordinated 3D Models, Sections, and detailed drawings.

We are looking for an accomplished and innovative Principal Architect to lead our Architectural & Interior Design initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess 15–20+ years of extensive experience in design development and project leadership, along with deep knowledge in Interior Designing, BIM implementation, and advanced architectural software.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive high-level design strategy and vision for all architectural and interior design projects.
• Manage complete project lifecycle — from concept design to construction handover.
• Lead and supervise design teams, ensuring high-quality output aligned with client expectations and industry standards.
• Implement and oversee BIM workflows for efficient planning, coordination, and real-time collaboration.
• Review drawings, detailing, materials, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
• Engage with clients, consultants, and vendors to maintain excellent project communication and deliverables.
• Uphold sustainable, safe, and innovative design practices while adhering to regulatory norms.
• Mentor and train upcoming architects to strengthen the creative and technical capabilities of the team.

Qualifications & Skills

B.Arch / M.Arch

15–20+ years

Strong expertise in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, and related design tools.

Exceptional design sensibility with a strong portfolio across diverse project types.

Outstanding leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple large-scale projects with strong project management skillset.

Location

Preferred candidates currently in Chennai or open to relocation to Chennai.
