Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architect located in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Architect will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as creating and developing architectural designs, overseeing integration with software development, managing project timelines, and coordinating with various project stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using Grasshopper and Rhino. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed. 

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture, Computational Design, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper, and scripting (Python, C#, or similar).
• Experience with Revit and BIM-integrated workflows.
• Knowledge of facade systems, materials, and performance criteria is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with environmental analysis tools (Ladybug, Honeybee) and structural scripting is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
• Passion for innovation, sustainable design, and problem-solving through technology.

• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team on complex facade projects.
• Exposure to fabrication logic, digital manufacturing, and material optimization strategies.
• Understanding of interoperability between platforms (Rhino ↔ Revit, Dynamo ↔ Grasshopper, etc.).
