Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, detailed designs, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs in line with client requirements and applicable regulations.
• Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, presentation materials, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to review construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
• Assist in preparing project reports, design presentations, and client proposals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities as required.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution (B.Arch).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and presentation tools (PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Project).
• Strong design sensibility with an understanding of functional and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
