About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in civil engineering principles and a strong desire to learn and grow in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and supervision of on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an engineer with 1-2 years of experience to develop their skills with the support of a seasoned and collaborative project team. Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision & Inspection: Assist the Senior Project Manager in the daily supervision of construction activities, ensuring compliance with project drawings, specifications, and schedules. Quality Control: Perform routine site inspections to monitor workmanship and materials, ensuring they meet established quality standards and project requirements. Technical Support: Provide basic technical guidance to the construction team and resolve minor issues that arise on site. Documentation: Maintain accurate and daily site records, including progress reports, inspection requests, material delivery reports, and as-built drawings. Health & Safety: Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on site, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company and regulatory safety policies. Surveying & Layout: Assist with site surveying, setting out, and leveling to ensure accurate implementation of the project design. Coordination: Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Qualifications & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 0 to 2 years of site experience. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply. Basic Knowledge Required In: Reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints. Understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency with basic surveying instruments (e.g., Total Station, Auto Level). Strong mathematical and analytical skills for site calculations. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
