Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior Architect with a B.Arch degree to contribute to various stages of architectural projects. You will work closely with our senior architects and designers, gaining hands-on experience in design development, technical drawings, and project coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career professional to build a strong portfolio and grow within a supportive firm.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design & Development:

· Assist in developing architectural concepts, schematic designs, and design presentations.

· Create 2D & 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion.

· Prepare mood boards, material boards, and presentation drawings for client meetings.

· Technical Documentation:

· Develop detailed working drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and site plans.

· Assist in the preparation of tender documents and construction drawings.

· Ensure all drawings adhere to local building codes, bylaws, and regulations specific to Madurai and Tamil Nadu.

· Site Coordination & Supervision:

· Visit project sites for measurements, site analysis, and coordination with contractors and clients.

· Assist in site supervision to ensure work is being carried out as per the design intent and quality standards.

· Prepare site visit reports and document progress.

· Project Support:

· Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, etc.) and vendors.

· Conduct research on materials, products, and construction methods.

· Manage and organize project files, drawings, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Mandatory: A professional Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree from a recognized institution.

· 0 to 2 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.

· Technical Proficiency:

· Strong command of AutoCAD for 2D drafting.

· Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp and/or Revit (BIM).

· Experience with rendering software like Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape.

· Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) for presentations.

· Strong design sensibility and excellent visual and verbal communication skills.

· Basic understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and detailing.

· Willingness to learn, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
