About the Role

:We are seeking a Architect with a strong background in designing and executing commercial projects such as office buildings, retail spaces, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, strong technical knowledge, and a proven ability to lead architectural design and coordination through all project phases from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

:• Lead the design and development of commercial architecture projects from concept to execution.• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.• Oversee preparation of architectural drawings, construction documentation, BOQs, and material specifications.• Manage project timelines, budgets, and team deliverables.• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.• Drive sustainable design practices and integrate green building principles (e.g., LEED standards).• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers.• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams for integrated project delivery.• Participate in client presentations and design reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.• 0-5 years of experience with a strong portfolio in commercial architecture.• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar tools.• Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods.• Excellent design, visualization, and communication skills.• Ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
