Job Title: Architect – Commercial Projects Location: [Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu] Experience: 0-5 Years Job Type: Full-Time Education: Bachelor of architecture Industry: Architecture / Interior Design About the Role : We are seeking a Architect with a strong background in designing and executing commercial projects such as office buildings, retail spaces, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, strong technical knowledge, and a proven ability to lead architectural design and coordination through all project phases from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities : • Lead the design and development of commercial architecture projects from concept to execution. • Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality design solutions. • Oversee preparation of architectural drawings, construction documentation, BOQs, and material specifications. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and team deliverables. • Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. • Drive sustainable design practices and integrate green building principles (e.g., LEED standards). • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers. • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams for integrated project delivery. • Participate in client presentations and design reviews. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. • 0-5 years of experience with a strong portfolio in commercial architecture. • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar tools. • Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods. • Excellent design, visualization, and communication skills. • Ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
