Responsibilities
- Ability to coordinate across other design disciplines such as structures, MEP, landscape. Ability to
understand the complexity of working with multiple consultants on one project which involves complex
coordination such as kitchen consultant, F&B consultant, SPA consultant, lighting consultant, brandingconsultant, signage and way finding, façade, swimming pool, landscape, water feature consultant etc.
- Experience and understanding of Master Specs in CSI will be advantageous.
- Hands-on design and ability to deal with vendors and suppliers to look for the right technical solution will
add value.
- Experience in designing basements desirable.
- Building codes Should be experienced with international building codes such as NFPA, IBC etc,
knowledge/expertise about Saudi building codes will be desired.
- Certifications RIBA or equivalent certification is desirable. LEED certified candidates, or candidates who
have worked towards LEED certification for any of their projects will also be preferred.Here's what you'll need
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Architecture with experience ranging from 10-15 years is preferred.
- Candidates with Masters degree shall be an added advantage.
- The incumbents will have persuasive communication and presentation skills along with a high level of
proficiency in English.
- They will be enthusiastic and passionate, eager to learn and go the extra mile for high quality delivery and
technical excellence.
- They will be proactive and collaborative in their approach and can easily work being part of multi-cultural,
multi-location teams.
Software skills The incumbent will demonstrate quick learning abilities and continuously develop theirtechnical skillsets in the future
