Role: Architect

Key Responsibilities

Prepare
conceptual designs, unit layouts, and master planning
for redevelopment projects.
Develop
detailed working drawings, tender drawings, and presentations
.
Coordinate with
structural, MEP, and liaison teams
to ensure design efficiency.
Ensure compliance with
UDCPR 2020, DCPR 2034, and other local development regulations
.
Assist in preparing
feasibility studies and redevelopment proposals
.
Participate in
client meetings, society presentations, and authority submissions
.
Collaborate with the design team to deliver
creative, practical, and sustainable solutions
.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
from a recognized university.
0–3 years of professional experience
(freshers with strong portfolios may apply).
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office
.
Knowledge of
UDCPR 2020 / DCPR 2034 regulations
is an added advantage.
Strong
design sense, detailing skills, and presentation ability
.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, multi-project environment
.
