Key Responsibilities
Planning and Design
Concept Development:
Concept Development: • Create innovative designs that reflect client's brand identity and values • Develop space planning solutions that optimize functionality and user experience • Prepare design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials for client approval • Ensure designs align with project requirements, budget, and timeline Material Selection: • Choose appropriate flooring, wall finishes, furniture, and fixtures • Research and specify materials that meet quality, durability, and budget requirements • Create cohesive material palettes that enhance the overall design aesthetic • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material procurement Lighting Design: • Plan and design lighting systems that enhance productivity and ambiance • Integrate natural and artificial lighting for optimal illumination • Specify lighting fixtures and control systems for various functional areas • Ensure energy efficiency and sustainability in lighting solutions Technology Integration: • Plan technology infrastructure including wiring for computers and AV equipment • Coordinate with IT teams for seamless technology integration •
