Job Title: Architect Location: Patna, Bihar Experience: Minimum 3 Years COA Registration: Mandatory Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and creative Architect with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in architectural design, detailing, and project coordination. The ideal candidate must possess a valid COA (Council of Architecture) registration and demonstrate strong conceptual and technical design skills. You will play a key role in designing and executing residential, commercial, or institutional projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Develop design concepts, layouts, and working drawings in line with project briefs. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure design intent and quality. Prepare architectural presentations, 3D models, renders, and construction documents. Conduct site visits for design implementation, quality control, and progress monitoring. Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and local regulations. Collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams. Support tender and estimation processes through detailed BOQs and specifications. Requirements: · Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. · Valid COA registration (mandatory). · Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in architecture/design firms. · Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office. · Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and detailing. · Good communication and project coordination skills. · Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Preferred Skills: · Experience in working on commercial/industrial/infrastructure projects. · Knowledge of green building norms and sustainable design. · Familiarity with project management tools and documentation processes.
