• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational abilities.
• In-depth understanding of building systems, codes, and modern hotel operations.
• Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices to meet energy, wellness, and environmental certifications (e.g., LEED, WELL).
• Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch), and in most regions, registration as a licensed architect.

• Guest experience and flow: spatial planning for comfort, safety, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
• Brand alignment: delivering hotel design that reflects and enhances client’s brand identity through architecture and interiors.
This role demands both design excellence and the ability to deliver complex hospitality projects from concept to completion while meeting diverse stakeholder expectations and industry regulations.
