Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Architect to lead and coordinate the design and execution of our upcoming projects. The role involves handling end-to-end architectural responsibilities, from concept design to approvals, detailed drawings, and site coordination, ensuring timely delivery with quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Development & Coordination

Develop architectural design concepts, drawings, and presentations.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants to integrate designs.

Ensure compliance with local by-laws, building codes, and authority regulations.

2. Approvals & Documentation

Prepare and submit drawings/documents for statutory approvals.

Liaise with local authorities and consultants to obtain necessary permits/NOCs.

Maintain proper records of all submissions and revisions.

3. Technical Drawings & Detailing

Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

Review shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups.

Ensure adherence to IS codes, project specifications, and quality standards.

4. Site Coordination & Supervision

Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design/site issues.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and consultants.

Provide timely design clarifications and modifications when required.

5. Client & Team Communication

Attend client and project review meetings, prepare MoMs, and ensure follow-up.

Support management and client presentations, 3D visualizations, and marketing collaterals.

Deliver accurate and timely project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

COA registration preferred.

Experience

Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.

Proven track record of handling residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects.

Experience in statutory approval processes and liaison with development authorities.

Skills Required

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/3ds Max, and MS Office.

Knowledge of building codes, by-laws, IS standards, and green building norms.

Excellent design sense with strong attention to detail.

Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines.
