SUMMARY Opening for AR calling role international voice support in Hyderabad in a leading MNC. -Graduate experience in relevant AR calling experience can apply Work location: WFO, COGNIZANT, 4th floor , Avance Business Hub, An Ascendas IT Park H-04, Phase 2, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081 Job role: - Should be able to communicate in English as this job profile involves interaction with Sat/Sunfixed off PF/Medical insurance coverage IJP- Internal job promotion opportunity Incentive over and above the salary customers from US region -Handle international customer queries related to US healthcare medical billing. -Ensure high levels of accuracy and compliance with medical billing regulations. -Maintain and update customer records in the system. -Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure prompt issue resolution. -Meet process-driven quality and productivity targets. Requirements Requirement : Any Graduate (No under Graduates or candidates having backlogs) 1+ year relevant experience in AR Calling Good communication Comfortable to work in Night Shift - 6.00 PM TO 4.00 AM Comfortable to work from office Location of Work Hyderabad Max CTC offered 4 LPA Benefits Both way transport facility provided PF/Medical insurance coverage IJP- Internal job promotion opportunity Incentive over and above the salary
