AR Caller / CSE - Medical/Dental Billing

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Caller / CSE - Medical/Dental Billing at our Ahmedabad location. The AR Caller will be responsible for managing and following up on outstanding claims with insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement. This includes making outbound calls to insurance companies, verifying insurance information, addressing denied claims, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve billing issues. The role involves regular communication with insurance providers, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical and dental billing, especially with handling outstanding claims and reimbursement processes
• Proficiency in making outbound calls and effective communication with insurance companies
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS level II, and DRG coding across various specialties
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills to maintain accurate documentation of interactions
• Understanding and compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams
• Experience in using medical billing software and technology solutions like MedClarity PM, PracticeGenie EMR, and QuickVerify dental eligibility solution is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical billing is an advantage
