Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site AR Caller role located in Delhi, India. The AR Caller will be responsible for contacting healthcare insurance companies to resolve claims, ensuring they are processed efficiently. Responsibilities include identifying reasons for claim denials, gathering necessary information for timely claim resolution, and updating internal systems. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with insurance representatives, following up on pending claims, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with insurance representatives and team members.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills for evaluating and resolving claim issues.
  • Knowledge of revenue cycle management (RCM), claims processing, and medical billing procedures is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using healthcare software systems and basic computer skills for maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and the claims adjudication process is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience in healthcare customer service is preferred.
