Job Description

Looking to onboard a highly motivated and detail-oriented AR Associate with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage accounts receivable, including processing payments and resolving billing discrepancies.

Coordinate with healthcare providers for accurate and timely billing.

Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debt.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.

Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable management.

Job

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proficient in using computer software applications, particularly CRM systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Experience working in a BPO or IT-enabled services industry is preferred.

Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and regulations is an asset.
