Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented AR Associate to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment follow-up.

Coordinate with the billing team for accurate invoicing.

Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize bad debts.

Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer complaints.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Experience working in a CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is preferred.
