Apriso MES (Architect) ( Full-time at a Fortune 500 tech MNC )

Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design:

   Analyze business requirements and design MES solutions that optimize production processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

2. Configuration and Customization:

   Configure and customize Apriso MES software modules to meet specific client needs, including defining workflows, data models, and user interfaces.

3. Technical Leadership:

   Lead development teams by providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices. Oversee software development, testing, and deployment.

4. Integration:

   Integrate Apriso MES solutions with other enterprise systems such as ERP, SCADA, and PLCs to create a unified manufacturing ecosystem.

5. Performance Optimization:

   Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize processes for efficiency.

6. Documentation:

   Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, functional specifications, and user manuals.

9. Experience with MES support, upgrades, and implementation of Apriso-based MES (minimum 2 upgrades/migrations).

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred for some positions.

• Experience:

  16–20 years of experience in MES implementation, preferably on the Apriso platform.
