Appraisal Analyst - Commercial

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate appraisal or valuation. Salary (CTC): 3-4 LPA Shift: Night Shift Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Job Skills : Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with appraisal software such as ValCre, lightBox, Argus is advantageous. Excellent research, data analysis, and report-writing skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Key Responsibilities : - Gather and compile data on commercial properties, including property details, market trends, and comparable sales - Analyze market data, comparable properties, and recent sales to determine accurate property values. - Conduct market research to support appraisal reports, including analyzing recent transactions, market conditions, and property values - Prepare detailed appraisal reports and valuations, including narratives, photographs, and supporting data. Help in the preparation of appraisal reports by organizing data, drafting sections of reports, and ensuring all information is accurate and complete. - Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather necessary information and respond to inquiries as needed. - Ensure all appraisals comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards and ethical practices. - Maintain accurate records of appraisals, including data sources and methodologies used. - Stay updated with changes in real estate laws, market conditions, and appraisal techniques.
