Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Appointment Setter located in Pune. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting appointments, scheduling appointments, and generating leads for the sales team. The role involves daily customer interaction, understanding client needs, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a high conversion rate. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
• Experience with Lead Generation or sales
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with CRM software and tools is a plus
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
