Role Description

We’re looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our B2C calling team.

Your primary goal will be to engage with warm residential leads, educate them about solar options, and schedule appointments for our partner solar companies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct lead qualification, schedule appointments, and manage call scripts
• Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and meet daily call targets
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and telecommunication tools
• Self-motivation and time management to excel in a remote environment
• Experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Call warm leads who have already shown interest in solar solutions
• Book qualified appointments for partner solar businesses
• Follow up with potential customers to confirm visit schedules
• Update lead status and details accurately in CRM
• Communicate with customers via calls, WhatsApp, and email as needed
• Follow the provided script and maintain professional communication

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of telecalling or inside sales experience
• Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Self-driven with good time management (remote work setup)
• Laptop/PC, headset, and stable internet connection

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
