Role Description

Marathi UGC Content Creator

part-time, remote-friendly role

Responsibilities

• Create

  8–10 short UGC videos

  per month (reels format).
• Create

  2–3 long-form videos

  per month (educational, promotional, or testimonial style).
• Shoot videos at home and at nearby solar installation sites when required.
• Present confidently on camera and

  serve as the face for certain SolarMagnets ads

• Deliver raw video content; our in-house team will handle editing.
• Work closely with our marketing team to follow scripts, prompts, and brand guidelines.
• Maintain a professional, trustworthy, and energetic tone in all videos.

Requirements

• Strong on-camera presence with the ability to communicate clearly in

  Marathi, Hindi, and English

  .
• Comfortable creating sales-oriented and promotional content.
• Ability to travel locally in

  Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

  for shooting (travel within own city only).
• Must have a good mobile camera and basic lighting setup.
• Reliability, maturity, and ability to meet monthly content targets.
• Prior UGC or influencer experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating UGC, reels, or ad-style content.
• Interest in renewable energy, marketing, or solar industry content.
• Preference for candidates who are comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand.
