We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Appointment Generation Team Lead to join our team at our on-site location in Kharadi, Pune on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the appointment generation initiatives, ensuring that every lead nurtured turns into a valuable sales opportunity. Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams, you will be instrumental in monitoring lead quality, optimizing processes, mentoring team members, and consistently meeting KPIs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the appointment generation team with clear targets and strategies. - Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to align efforts and maximize conversions. - Monitor and enhance lead quality and performance metrics. - Train, mentor, and motivate team members for consistent growth. - Implement best practices for efficiency and scalability. Qualifications: - Proven experience in Appointment Generation, Lead Generation, and Demand Generation. - Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams. - Exposure to the US market is a must. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation software. - Analytical mindset for tracking and improving lead quality. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,
