Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Appointment Generation Specialist
  • Drive outreach via calls, emails & LinkedIn to set qualified appointments
  • Strategize and improve outreach effectiveness and conversions
  • Monitor KPIs, provide feedback, and align efforts with Sales targets
  • Optimize scripts, cadences, and CRM data integrity
  • Track team performance, generate reports, and conduct regular trainings

Requirements:

  • Hands-on leadership experience in outbound sales, including AG or lead generation roles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational & coaching skills
  • Hands-on with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.
  • Strong analytical mindset and understanding of sales funnels

Preferred:

  • B2B/SaaS sales experience
  • Skilled in LinkedIn outreach and performance coaching
  • Bachelors in Business, Marketing, or related field
