Job Summary Only B2B is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with a strong background in international hiring to join our HR & Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top-tier IT talent across multiple geographies. Youll work closely with hiring managers, coordinate interviews across time zones, and ensure a smooth and engaging experience for all candidates. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles including software development, DevOps, cloud, data analytics, cybersecurity, and technical support. Manage end-to-end recruitment for international roles, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and hiring practices. Collaborate with hiring managers and global stakeholders to define role requirements and deliver timely hiring solutions. Use diverse sourcing strategies (job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking events) to build a pipeline of global IT talent. Coordinate and conduct interviews virtually across multiple time zones, ensuring a professional and consistent candidate experience. Maintain regular and clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey. Assist in onboarding processes to help international hires integrate seamlessly into global teams. Track and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline strength, and offer acceptance rates, and present insights to leadership. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 1–2 years focused on international hiring. Strong understanding of technical job profiles and global recruitment processes. Excellent sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across cultures and time zones. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools. Ability to manage multiple open roles and deliver under tight timelines.
