Role Description

We are looking for a self driven, business value focussed Data Scientist to work on creating new AI based capabilities for enterprise products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with end to end Predictive and Generative AI model lifecycle, from experimentation to deployment in production and monitoring. Most importantly, the person should be very keen to roll up their sleeves and go down in the trenches with the team and clients to deploy business value generating AI in a fast paced manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative/technical field (e. g. Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering)
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Analytics/Statistics/Data Science or related field
• Have a strong working knowledge of machine learning algorithms like xgboost, lightgbm, elastic net etc
• Proficiency in ML Packages (Python) -Familiarity with Sklearn, pandas, numpy, plotting libraries and other ML development APIs
• Data prep/cleaning/feature engineering; expertise in writing complicated yet efficient SQL queries
• Experience with / willing to learn LLM Agent packages like Langchain/ LlamaIndex
• High level of proficiency with cloud AI/ML services like Sagemaker, S3, Redshift, Bedrock APIs
• MLOps (metrics, monitoring, deployment, retraining)
• Should have driven at least 3 Data Science projects from experimentation to production and monitoring
• Experience in working and delivering end-to-end projects independently
• Strong communication and client management skills

Location:

Bangalore or Delhi. Primarily remote/work from home but will need an in person presence in the office as per client and business needs.
