RPA Engineer india 0 years None Not disclosed On-site Full Time

Clinvvo is a Swedish Healthtech SaaS platform built by clinicians and technologists, leveraging AI-driven solutions to enable healthcare providers to digitize care delivery under their own brand. Our technology improves clinical workflows, enhances patient experience, and reduces costs — empowering providers to deliver seamless, efficient, and patient-centered care. As a small, fast-moving team , we value entrepreneurial self-starters who thrive in environments where initiative is expected, and where you own strategy, execution, and client relationships from day one. Already trusted by leading clinics and providers in Sweden, we are now expanding across the Nordics. About the Role Clinvvo integrates deeply with electronic health record (EHR) systems to deliver seamless workflows for doctors and nurses. Many of these systems are legacy and hard to automate — that’s where you come in. As our RPA & EHR Integration Engineer , you’ll be the hands-on problem-solver that ensures Clinvvo works perfectly inside our customers’ real-world IT environments. You’ll design, build, and maintain robust Robotic Process Automation (RPA) flows to connect Clinvvo with EHRs, automate repetitive tasks, and enable smooth rollouts across clinics, hospitals, and healthcare networks. You’ll work directly with the technical leadership team, clinicians, and our product engineers to unblock adoption at speed — making sure every deployment “just works.” What You Will Do Own the RPA deployment strategy – design, develop, and maintain automation flows to integrate Clinvvo with a variety of EHR systems. Automate repetitive manual tasks (data entry, note transfer, referral generation) so clinicians can spend more time with patients. Build scalable tooling & processes to roll out automations reliably across multiple clinics and geographies. Collaborate with product & engineering teams to turn real-world pain points into product improvements. Debug challenging, real-world edge cases where clinical workflows depend on the automations you’ve built. What You Bring Hands-on experience building RPA solutions (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or custom-built scripts). Strong programming skills in C# or Python with experience building robust integrations in enterprise environments. Experience working with healthcare IT systems (EHRs, HL7, FHIR APIs) or other highly-regulated, mission-critical systems. A problem-solving mindset and a bias for action — you own the problem until it’s fixed for the end-user. Bonus Points Experience deploying and managing automation in Windows environments (services, schedulers, installers). Exposure to FHIR, HL7, or IHE standards and healthcare compliance (GDPR, HIPAA).
