We are looking for someone who can work directly with the leadership team in India to keep execution sharp, priorities clear, and projects moving at speed. Role Overview We are seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the leadership team and support them in driving growth and execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in ambiguity, and has the drive to translate strategy into action. You’ll be the force multiplier that ensures projects, people, and priorities are aligned. Key Responsibilities Strategic Support & Execution Translate leadership vision into actionable plans and track execution across multiple projects. Drive alignment across product, engineering, AI, and operations teams. Project & Operations Management Run day-to-day project management: sprints, deliverables, timelines. Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively solve issues. Coordinate between Swedish stakeholders and Indian teams. Business & Growth Support Support with client interactions, proposals, investor material, and internal reporting. Research and analyze new opportunities, partnerships, and expansion plans. Team & Culture Serve as a central point of coordination for hiring, onboarding, and team communication. Help build a culture of accountability, clarity, and fast execution. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in consulting, operations, product management, or a fast-paced startup role. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to operate independently, prioritize across competing demands, and manage stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfort with ambiguity, fast pivots, and high-growth environments. Tech/healthcare background is a plus, but not mandatory. Based in Bangalore or Delhi, with flexibility to work across Europe/India time zones.
