About the Role

At VoiceStack, we’re building the next generation of AI-powered communication platforms that

transform how businesses engage with their customers. As an Applied AI Engineer, you’ll work

on real-world datasets, experiment with AI techniques, and discover insights that directly shape

Responsibilities

● Work with real-world datasets to derive meaningful insights and business value.

● Design and refine AI-driven workflows, including prompt-based models, to categorize and

analyze data.

● Identify key performance metrics that impact operations and customer experience.

● Translate raw data into clear visualizations, dashboards, or narratives that highlight

actionable insights.

● Collaborate with product and engineering teams to explore opportunities for innovation and

differentiation.

● Communicate findings and recommendations through concise demos, write-ups, and

discussions.

● Continuously explore emerging AI techniques and apply them creatively to solve practical

business problems.

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates who are passionate about AI and eager to work on applied, real-world

challenges.

• Ability to think critically and connect technical output to business impact.

• Strong curiosity to explore problems deeply, not just implement tasks.

• Basic programming/data handling skills (Python, SQL, visualization tools like streamlit) are

preferred.

• Clear communication skills and willingness to explain your thinking process.
