Your typical day will involve accurately defining client issues and designing effective solutions based on deep product knowledge, while maintaining exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Service Desk Management- Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of ITIL processes, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management- Strong understanding of system and application architecture- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
