Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide quality support and maintain client satisfaction, while also leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for any challenges that arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting methodologies. - Experience with network monitoring tools and performance analysis. - Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and their integration with enterprise networks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
