Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure effective communication within the team - Implement best practices for team efficiency - Conduct regular performance evaluations Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wireless Technologies Operations - Strong understanding of network protocols and configurations - Experience in troubleshooting wireless network issues - Knowledge of network security protocols - Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Wireless Technologies Operations - This position is based at our Indore office - A 15 years full-time education is required
