We're Hiring: Application Support Specialist – Capital Markets (5–8 Years Exp.)

Location:

Application Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Support applications across

  Production, QA, and UAT environments

• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Manage and maintain trading platforms and infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Execute order testing and manage QA/UAT environments

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong communication skills

  (verbal and written)
• Experience working

  on-site in an office environment

• Proficient in

  Unix/Linux

  and

  Shell scripting

• Deep understanding of

  Oracle DB

  and

  production support processes

• Hands-on experience with

  ITRS

  or equivalent monitoring tools
• Exposure to

  CI/CD and automation tools

  (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Bitbucket, Autosys/JS7)
• Knowledge of

  SQL

  and

  TIBCO EMS queues

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of

  FIX protocol

• Experience with

  Python scripting

• Familiarity with

  Ansible Tower

  ,

  Dynatrace

  , or similar tools
• Functional knowledge of

  Equity Capital Markets (Cash Segment, HT/LT/SWAPS)

Qualifications:
