Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. Design & Architecture

• Own creation and maintenance of High-Level Infrastructure Designs for on-prem systems (compute, storage, network, virtualization, backup, DR).
• Translate non-functional requirements (availability, performance, capacity, RPO/RTO, security, compliance) into actionable design specifications.
• Design for high availability and resilience (clustering, multi-pathing, network redundancy, stretched clusters, geo-redundant DR).
• Ensure designs follow security controls. Delivery & Governance
• Capture requirements/constraints/assumptions and manage design decisions and risks.
• Attend and present at Design Forums.
• Peer review designs
• Create implementation plans, diagrams and handover documents for operations.
• Maintain CMDB/asset data records and ensure design documentation stays current. Security, Compliance & Risk
• Embed security controls into designs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Document and track design risks, mitigations, and exceptions. Performance, Capacity & Continuity
• Develop capacity models and scaling strategies.
• Plan and test BCP/DR scenarios ensuring RPO/RTO are met and evidenced
