Job Description

Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for back-office operations.
  • Monitor and respond to tickets raised in ITSM/Helpdesk tools within defined SLAs.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues related to Windows Server OS, Linux, Network Drives, and common back-office applications.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for hardware/software issues and escalations.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and access control procedures.
  • Support patch updates, antivirus monitoring, and routine health checks on systems.
  • Generate periodic reports (MIS, Incident reports, Asset tracking, Open issues tracking).
  • Provide support during audits, DR drills, and IT compliance checks.

Required Skills:

  • Good understanding of ITIL concepts (Incident, Change, Problem management).
  • Hands-on experience in Windows Server OS, IIS, Tomcat.
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems (Zoho, JIRA, or equivalent).
  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Batch).
  • Exposure to cloud-based services (AWS basics).
  • Experience in handling IT audits and compliance checks.
