Application Specialist

As an experienced Application Specialist with 8-10 years of experience, your role will involve implementing and integrating enterprise applications. Your technical expertise, business analysis skills, and project execution abilities will be crucial. Specifically, experience in integrating SaaS applications with SAP S/4HANA is highly desired. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end implementation of SaaS/application projects and provide support for larger enterprise rollouts. - Gather requirements from business users, map processes, and translate them into system specifications. - Test application integrations with SAP (S/4HANA/ECC), including APIs and middleware, showcasing a high level of understanding of SAP. - Conduct user training workshops, prepare guides, and drive adoption of new applications. - Track project milestones, coordinate teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. - Maintain workflows, test cases, and technical notes for documentation purposes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred). - 8-10 years of experience in application/SaaS implementation. - Hands-on experience in integrating applications with SAP S/4HANA or ECC. - Proven expertise as a Business Analyst with skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and user stories. - Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication with cross-functional teams. - Working knowledge of AI/Agentic AI tools for automating documentation, requirement mapping, workflow visualization, and basic integration validation is preferable to improve delivery speed and accuracy.,
