Application Specialist

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be required to attain deep knowledge of all live sound products across Ansatas brands and stay updated on industry trends and competitive products. You will engage proactively with partners, dealers, and stakeholders in the respective regions to coordinate support, training, and project activities effectively. Providing prompt and effective remote technical support and delivering product training to customers independently will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will offer on-site support for live events, managing seamless setup, configuration, operation, and post-show reporting while strictly following brand-specific procedures. Understanding customer requirements, assessing feasibility, collecting detailed site data, and creating precise installation designs, Bills of Quantity, and proposals that align with budgets and timelines are also part of the role. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Any Diploma/ Certification / Degree in the field of Audio from a reputed institution. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Hands-on experience in the field of live sound or rental is a plus. - Fluency in the local language is preferred.
