Application Specialist

Role Overview: As an Information Technology professional with at least 1 year of experience in the medical field and a Medical Degree, you will have overall responsibility in Clinical Modules of SAP. Your main role will involve providing support, evaluating, and assisting users in the implementation of SAP/ Non-SAP Modules to meet their requirements. You will be responsible for evaluating and mapping user requirements to the application, preparing use cases, and providing technical and functional inputs for development. Key Responsibilities: - Gather requirements from users, ensuring proper understanding, and assessing feasibility with the application. - Prepare use case scenarios for new developments, test modules/new developments, and provide knowledge transfer to the Quality Assurance team. - Assist end users in performing User Acceptance testing and support them in resolving any application issues promptly. - Configure user requirements into the system and provide progress updates to the business regularly on the current status of issues.
