The ideal candidate should have 4-8 years of experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years in the hospital/healthcare sector. A graduate degree is required for this role. As a part of the Supply Chain Management team focusing on Procurement & Contracts, your responsibilities will include assisting the Head of Procurement & Contracts in managing end-to-end supply of category materials while ensuring targeted cost, quality, and timely delivery based on user requirements. You will have a close interface with departmental heads to understand their procurement needs and requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing the annual procurement plan and budget for the relevant categories and projects. You will also need to create internal cost estimates (ICE) by optimizing category-wise spend through volume leverage, reverse auction, and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) strategies. Furthermore, you will play a key role in developing contract templates, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and obtaining necessary approvals. This position requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure efficient procurement processes and cost-effective outcomes.,
