Application Specialist

As an individual with at least 1 year of experience in the medical field and a medical degree, your role will involve overall responsibility in Clinical Modules of SAP. You will be tasked with providing support, evaluating, and assisting users in the implementation of SAP/ Non-SAP Modules to meet their specific needs. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and mapping user requirements to the application, preparing use cases, and offering technical and functional inputs for development. Key Responsibilities: - Gather requirements from users and ensure a proper understanding, checking the feasibility within the application. - Prepare use case scenarios for new developments, test modules/new developments, and provide knowledge transfer to the Quality Assurance team. - Assist end users in User Acceptance testing and support them in resolving application issues promptly. - Configure user requirements into the system and provide progress updates to the business regularly regarding the current status of issues. Qualifications Required: - At least 1 year of experience in the medical field. - Medical Degree.
