Application Specialist

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Application Specialist to support daily operations. The role involves managing customer communication, processing orders, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal departments until successful order dispatch.

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Handle general administrative and office-related task
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding.
• Overseeing daily office operations, ensuring smooth functioning, and maintaining office and production
