As a part of this role, you will be responsible for: - Efficiently and effectively completing instrument installations and providing operator training at customer sites. - Performing troubleshooting and handling complaints, ensuring timely resolution of problem issues. - Updating customer software in a timely manner whenever new software versions are released. - Introducing new tests to promote reagents. - Assisting and supporting customer labs in adhering to quality control measures as required by accrediting bodies. - Conducting scientific support activities and advanced application activation for all product lines.
