Patient Experience Executive -IPD /OPD

As a candidate for the Medical - Patient Experience position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the hospital sector. A graduation degree is required for this role. Your primary responsibility will be to execute the Patient Experience Service Delivery Model for Customer Excellence across both In-Patient Department (IPD) and Out-Patient Department (OPD). It is essential to ensure that every customer, guest, and patient is well-informed about the services provided in both IPD and OPD. Additionally, you will be tasked with executing programs aimed at enhancing the quality of customer care in both IPD and OPD. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring correct and error-free billing for the services rendered. Moreover, you will play a key role in scheduling appointments for IP, OP, and EHC in accordance with the patients" requirements.
