Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Buyer role located in Delhi, India. The Buyer will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, sourcing handcrafted and luxury home décor items, and maintaining relationships with artisans and suppliers. Key daily tasks include analyzing market trends, negotiating pricing and contracts, overseeing supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining the quality standards of products. Collaboration with the design and production teams is essential to align the inventory with the latest trends and customer preferences. Qualifications Strong negotiation, vendor management, and sourcing skills Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain coordination, and logistics Understanding of handicrafts, luxury décor, and market trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with artisans and business partners Proficiency in data analysis, budgeting, and cost management Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Supply Chain Management, or a related field Experience in the home décor or handicraft industry is a plus
