Summary: Job Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Technical Consultant – End User Computing (EUC) with over 16 years of industry experience to lead, design, and deliver enterprise-scale EUC and Digital Workplace solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in client device management, application packaging & virtualization, Intune/SCCM migration projects, and strong leadership experience in handling large-scale teams and customer environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple EUC technology tracks: Application Packaging, Virtualization, Client Device Management, AD, Intune, SCCM, File & Print Services. Architect, plan, and implement upgrade/migration projects for EUC technologies including SCCM to Intune transitions. Drive OS deployment, patch management compliance (99%+), and device enrollment via Windows Autopilot and Intune. Spearhead Proof of Concept (POC) and production migration from MSI/APP-V to MSIX formats. Client Engagement & Presales Support presales and bid management for acquiring new clients in Digital Foundation and Application Packaging services. Prepare proposals, technical documentation, and transition plans; onboard new clients and manage service transitions. Collaborate with Microsoft and other vendors for issue resolution and service delivery optimization. Conduct training on MSIX, APP-V, PSADT, and other EUC technologies for internal and client teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with IAM teams for user provisioning, conditional access policies, and RBAC.
