Application Engineer - Middle East

As a Product Specialist at Qualitrol, your role involves selecting and utilizing Qualitrol products to meet customer application requirements. Your main responsibilities include: - Providing order assistance by handling quoting, pricing, and determining delivery schedules. - Reviewing design drawings and offering technical support to manufacturing, sales, and product management teams. - Responding to customer inquiries regarding Qualitrol products and applications to drive sales. - Offering technical assistance throughout the product lifecycle, from quotation requests to post-shipment and installation. - Generating written quotations for standard and non-standard products. - Implementing pricing policies and resolving pricing discrepancies. - Reviewing and processing Purchase Orders. - Researching and proposing product solutions, including new product models or derivatives. - Ensuring proactive and responsive customer service with positive feedback on response quality and timeliness. - Documenting product selection and specification decisions. - Supporting manufacturing with troubleshooting and order-related issues. - Analyzing product failures and addressing customer quality concerns. - Traveling occasionally to support the sales organization.
