Key Responsibilities

Interact with clients to gather technical requirements and project details.
Analyze customer needs and design feasible automation/SPM solutions.
Prepare and present technical proposals, RFQs, and quotations.
Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams for project execution.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
Participate in business development initiatives and client presentations.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure project satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of
SPM / Automation systems
and concepts.
Ability to interpret
mechanical and electrical drawings

Proficiency in
RFQ handling, quotation, and proposal preparation

Excellent
communication and presentation
skills.
Knowledge of
project coordination and client interaction
